False baby hair or laid edges do not actually look natural on a person whose hair is not originally laid that way. The appearance of false baby hair can make silky or straight wigs—that is hair of type 1 or type 2—look more natural as these hair types are naturally more prone to having edges that lay flat or grow out of the scalp in this manner. If wearing wig textures of these hair types, it might look nice to have baby hair. Baby hair can be created by the wig maker or even on your own if you have the experience to do so.
